On April 21, 2016, Ludwig Maximilian University once again opened its doors for Munich's largest startup event. More than 1,000 startup enthusiasts stormed the large auditorium of Ludwig Maximilian University and were rewarded with exciting pitches and inspiring keynotes. Speakers Anna Kaiser, founder and managing director of Tandemploy, and Jochen Engert, founder and managing director of Flixbus, shared their careers and the highs and lows, challenges, and learning experiences of startup life with the audience. In addition, 30 startups presented their latest product innovations and prototypes in their pitches.
The LMU Entrepreneurship Center
"Empowering Entrepreneurs!" – this is the vision pursued by the Entrepreneurship Center (LMU EC) at Ludwig Maximilian University (LMU) Munich. The LMU EC trains the entrepreneurial leaders of the future, actively supports the founding of successful businesses, and fosters a culture of entrepreneurial thinking and action – at all LMU faculties and beyond.
