Female Future Festival

Under the motto "The Power of Connection," the Female Future Festival will take place on May 7, 2026, in Munich. The venue is the Werksviertel Mitte. Around 1,000 participants and more than 50 speakers, decision-makers, founders, and entrepreneurs from across the German-speaking world are expected.

In 2026, the festival will focus more consciously than ever on genuine connections – as the foundation for professional development, entrepreneurial growth, and personal strength. In an age of constant digital connectivity, the Female Future Festival emphasizes personal encounters, new formats for exchange, and in-depth conversations.

Visitors can expect around 35 keynote speeches and panels on the main stage. The program is complemented by new networking formats, masterclasses, and deliberately planned exchange sessions. For the first time, the festival is foregoing parallel program tracks – in favor of focus, depth, and lasting learning.

Speakers include journalist and bestselling author Nena Brockhaus, Alicia Lindner, managing director and co-owner of Börlind GmbH, Senna Gammour and Bahar Kizil (musicians), as well as the two Munich restaurateurs Franziska Kohlpaintner and Katharina Kreutzkamm-Aumüller – alongside other personalities from business, media, science and society.
