With sohnus, job seekers can create their profile via chat, voice, or video, while our AI assistant automatically generates a resume and suggests suitable jobs. Employers simultaneously receive support in creating clear job descriptions and can communicate directly with candidates via the platform.
We're starting with sectors like hospitality, retail, and logistics in Munich and Bavaria, where the shortage of skilled workers is particularly acute. Our goal is to democratize access to the job market and give manual laborers a voice and digital visibility.
Roger Borges is the founder and CEO of sohnus. He has a background in aerospace engineering and a Master's degree in Management from the Technical University of Munich (TUM). As the son of a blue-collar family, he understands the challenges of the job market firsthand and is passionate about making digital opportunities more accessible to workers. Through his work in the Munich startup scene, competition wins, and international perspective, he combines technical expertise with a strong social mission.
