High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) is the lead investor in Audavis' financing round. In addition to business angel and unicorn investor Martin Ostermayer, private investors from Baystartup's investor network are also participating. The capital injection will enable Audavis to further develop its "Artificial Auditor" platform and expand into the German-speaking market.
Audavis offers a AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS) solution It uses state-of-the-art cloud architectures and artificial intelligence to create complete transparency across financial transactions. The platform enables auditors, auditors, and CFOs to identify risks and anomalies in financial data at an early stage, thus better meeting regulatory requirements. The "Artificial Auditor" acts as an AI co-pilot, providing auditors with technical support and increasing the depth of auditing down to every single transaction.

Audavis is backed by three experienced founders with in-depth industry expertise: Philipp Roebruck (CEO) is a certified public accountant and was the operational head of a Germany-wide central data analytics team at one of the so-called Big 4 companies. Otrek Wilke, as CTO, brings extensive experience in cloud architectures, data engineering, and cloud security. Benjamin Aunkofer, as Chief AI Officer, is responsible for all AI features and is an expert in AI systems – with many years of experience in data analytics for annual financial statement audits at various large auditing firms.
Audavis is ready for market entry
With the seed funding, Audavis will launch the first version of its cloud and AI platform. Despite its early development phase, the startup has already secured letters of intent and preliminary agreements with six-figure annual revenues. Furthermore, the young company cooperates with important associations in the fields of auditing, auditing, and financial data transparency. Last year, the startup won the third place in the Munich Business Plan Competition 2024.
