Future Forum Retail – Perspectives for stationary retail
Brick-and-mortar retail is undergoing a period of transformation. Online shopping continues to gain market share, and mobile devices are changing customer behavior both in and out of stores.
What is left for brick-and-mortar retailers?
Almost every household today has access to the internet, which has long since influenced all areas of life and become a part of everyday life. Smartphones and tablets also make the internet mobile for users. Shopping behavior is not unaffected by this. Retailers and service providers are therefore faced with the challenge of adapting to changing customer behavior – new strategies for brick-and-mortar retail are therefore necessary.
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry for Munich and Upper Bavaria cordially invites you to the Future Forum for Trade on Thursday, 2 June from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the IHK Forum on Orleansstrasse!
