The second Munich Food Convention 2024 will address the topic “From Root to Fork” and aims to link the topic of soil health in agriculture with the production of sustainable and healthy food.
The Munich Food Convention thus offers a platform for experts from agriculture, nutritional science, food production, and technology. A central focus will be on the fields of agriculture and mass catering, as it is precisely at their intersection that the greatest possible impact on sustainability in food value creation can be expected. Through panels and workshops, we will encourage exchange among participants to develop sustainable solutions for the future of our food systems.
