The Munich-based startup Solation, founded in 2023, has set itself the goal of working hand in hand with regional craft businesses to make green electricity available to everyone.

In addition to a transparent and fair PV planning process for homeowners, the company also offers a patented tenant electricity solution for apartment building owners. 53 percent of all Germans live in rented accommodation and lack access to self-generated solar power. With its innovative solution, Solation enables landlords to profitably sell electricity to tenants – without the complexities of acting as an energy supplier. This innovative approach also makes it possible for the first time to donate surplus electricity to social or public institutions. Thus, Solation is making an important contribution to the efficient and sustainable distribution of surplus electricity in Germany, laying the foundation for green electricity for everyone.

When planning the projects, the three founders and their team use only the latest design components that promise rapid return on investment and longevity and can be installed within four weeks.
