casavi GmbH, operator of one of the most widely used Proptech solutions in Europe, brings together the most important stakeholders in property management – from managers, owners and tenants to a wide range of property service providers – on one platform, thus ensuring the efficient and user-oriented management of buildings.
The casavi core functions of process management, service app, and service provider portal are currently used by approximately 1,400 customers to manage more than 130,000 buildings and 2.7 million residential units in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy. Founded in 2015, the company currently employs 120 people at its offices in Munich, Frankfurt, and Berlin.
