Adnymics becomes part of Linehub

With intelligent package inserts, Adnymics has been able to attract various investors in recent years and build a lucrative business. Now, the Munich-based startup has been acquired by the Dutch marketing collective Linehub.

With his intelligent package inserts Adnymics enables online retailers to target customers within parcels – without the customer consent required for other forms of direct communication. In competition with players like Amazon, online retailers aim to achieve increased customer loyalty and larger shopping baskets. Adnymics has also developed Parceldealz, a platform for acquiring new customers using label-printed inserts. Linehub, in turn, is known in the marketing industry for its personalized, connected service hubs for brands that enable services in online and offline communication.

Linehub owns a number of different marketing companies, including Affiliprint. The printing services provider sells vouchers, gift cards, and product samples through various platforms, including webshop packages, magazines, newspapers, delivery services, and mailboxes. Linehub's acquisition of Adynmics will allow the Munich-based company's offerings to be integrated into these platforms. The collaboration will create Europe's largest package insert network with a reach of over 200 million households in 14 countries, according to the companies.

The Adnymics team remains

Even after the acquisition, the entire Adnymics and Parceldealz team will remain. The focus in the future will be on further developing Linehub's AI- and data-driven offline offerings from the Munich location.

Marko Dobroschelski, Managing Director of Linehub, says:

"Our combined resources, customer base, and experience will enable Adnymics to optimally market its existing products, drive development, and scale significantly faster. This acquisition also contributes to Linehub's growth goals and enables new sales channels for all Linehub brands through the Parceldealz product. This strengthens our position with offline offerings in the e-commerce market in Germany and soon internationally. I would like to warmly welcome Dominik, Simon, and their team in Munich to the Linehub family."

And Dominik Romer, founder and still managing director of Adnymics, adds:

"With our Adnymics customer loyalty products, we can expand Linehub's offerings. Our Parceldealz parcel insert network perfectly complements Affiliprint's product portfolio. Since entering the market in 2022, Parceldealz has already grown rapidly, and we can now further accelerate its expansion together. This growth will take place in Germany, as well as in other European countries in the future."
