In addition to renting its own fleet at twelve stations in Germany and Italy, Freeway camper on its advanced asset-light approach. Through its franchise partner model, modeled on Flixbus, Freewaycamper offers its SME partners an online booking platform, active control of pricing and marketing activities, and handles a large portion of customer interaction. With a turnkey solution, traditional rental companies and new market entrants can make their offerings digitally bookable in just a few steps.
Access to new markets
Through the merger with Campiri Freewaycamper not only wants to leverage the Czech startup's powerful IT platform, but also secure access to the rapidly growing Central and Eastern European market as well as Spain, where Campiri has been operating since 2022. All four co-founders are part of the joint venture, with Nikolai Voitiouk-Blum and Lukáš Janoušek remaining co-CEOs. Julia Blum will serve as CXO, and Paul Tesar as CPTO.
