Convaise supports companies, organizations, and public administration in converting their communication with customers and citizens to a chat-based system. Instead of using forms or telephone conversations, Convaise is designed to handle even complex processes using an AI-supported messenger. To this end, the startup has built the no-code conversational agent builder "Convaise Studio," which its customers can use to design and develop their customer experiences. Municipalities and cities can thus transform their processes into self-service. Citizens are then guided through bureaucratic processes by the digital assistant and receive information for further processing. (Image: Convaise)
