When innovation drivers take on leadership responsibility for the first time, it can be a major challenge. It is precisely for this target group that UnternehmerTUM That's why we launched the Leadership Talent Academy. The program runs over four months in Munich and consists of five consecutive workshop modules. Topics include values, team diversity, psychological safety, and resilience. Each module lasts approximately one month, with a total of seven in-person course days. The program also includes three individual coaching sessions and three to four keynote speeches from experts.
The goal is to help young leaders find their personal, values-driven leadership style and shape organizations built on a culture of collaboration, trust, and empowering action. The program understands leadership as a journey of development and continuous growth. It focuses on self-confidence, self-reflection, and self-leadership as fundamental prerequisites for empowering and supporting others as a leader.
The next round of the Leadership Talent Academy runs from March 2, 2024, to June 22, 2024. UnternehmerTUM is awarding 25 full scholarships, funded by the Karl Schlecht Foundation. Interested founders and doctoral students who can participate in all modules on-site at the Munich Urban Colab or at the UnternehmerTUM headquarters in Garching have until January 10, 2024, to apply. Those who impress with their written application will be invited to a digital selection day on February 8 or 9, 2024.
