"What you need is discipline": At the opening of this year's Bits & Pretzels, Oliver Kahn was interviewed by serial entrepreneur and business angel Stefan Peukert. The topic of the conversation: failure. Kahn's spectacular departure from FC Bayern wasn't the only thing on the minds of the audience. The goalkeeping titan himself also addressed the issue. Peppered with all sorts of anecdotes from his football career, he made it clear that failure is nothing to be taken lightly. It's always difficult to work your way back from a setback. However, it's important not to dwell on it for too long, but to quickly get yourself back into the game. The key, according to Kahn, is to have risen to the challenge.
