For the SCE Students and graduates from all universities, as well as working professionals and aspiring founders without a degree, can apply for the accelerator. Those seeking the necessary support within an entrepreneurship ecosystem to implement an innovative and scalable startup idea can take full advantage of the startup offerings of HM and the SCE thanks to the program. Upon enrollment at HM (for the first time or re-enrollment), they will receive university status. Participants also receive a free university certificate.
This is how pre-start-up phases or early start-up phases are supported:
- Individual advice from experienced start-up consultants to achieve goals and overcome challenges,
- Workshops to strengthen your own skills and grow into the role of founder,
- Networking events and community of startups and experts to build contacts,
- SCE budget for testing your product and joint application for public funding (KickStart@HM, AI+MUNICH, EXIST, FLÜGGE) for further prototyping
- Workplaces in the centrally located SCE incubator,
- Infrastructure, student status and certificate completion at the HM.
Online applications can be submitted until 9 August 2023The program runs over a period of 24 weeks. There are no costs for participation; participants only need to pay the semester fees for enrollment at the University of Hamburg (for two semesters).
