Until 6 June 2023, startups and innovative founding teams from Upper Bavaria, Bavarian Swabia and Lower Bavaria can apply for the third phase of the Munich business plan competition from Baystartup applyParticipation is possible regardless of the industry and participation in previous competition phases. Previous participants in the competition include Fazua, Magazine, Presize and Quantum Systems.
In preparatory workshops, participants learn how to convincingly present their business project and its capital requirements in a business plan or read deck. The winners receive prize money of €30,000.
All participants receive individual expert feedback on their submission. The independent jury includes founders, entrepreneurs, and investors. The jurors pay particular attention to three aspects: a concrete and easily understandable description of the solution and its development status, a well-defined customer benefit and differentiation from the competition, and a plausible description of the business model.
