After the German and Austrian markets, 2trde offers its Services now also in the Netherlands. The Country Manager Jeroen Kamer says:
"The Dutch market is extremely exciting for a young, data-driven company like 2trde. The national registration of all vehicle license plates makes a large amount of vehicle data available. Unlike in Germany, digitalization is already at an advanced level. This is an exciting challenge for us, but also offers great opportunities."
Kamer, a native of the Netherlands, previously worked as an independent consultant and in various management positions in the automotive industry, most recently at Auto1.
2trde: “We are looking forward to internationalization”
Until now, cross-border car trade with the Netherlands has been complicated, according to the startup: Buyers from neighboring EU countries often shy away from complex tax regulations. Dutch dealers fear excessive export risks and sometimes lack the necessary resources.
2trde facilitates used car trading throughout the EU. The multi-channel platform of Munich offers a transaction-oriented, complete service, including payment processing and logistics. This should benefit both sellers and buyers. The CEO Johannes Stoffel says:
"Last year, we were able to double our team and fill several key positions with experienced and dedicated industry experts. We also moved into our headquarters in downtown Munich. We're looking forward to the next level of growth with energy and a bit of pride and are excited about our international expansion."
