Hard Seltzer isn't a big thing here yet, but it's already enjoying considerable popularity in the US market. Participants of 'Startup Meets Crafts' yesterday were able to sample a sample from a regional supplier. Hof & Friends Drinks introduced Gerhard Seltzer to her. The beverage, currently available in three flavors, is brewed from organic beet sugar and natural organic flavors and extracts to create the first naturally cloudy, organic German Hard Seltzer—with an alcohol content of 4.5 percent.
