'Startup meets Crafts' entered a new round last night – with intensive discussions, innovative ideas and hard seltzer made in Bavaria.

The culinary delights were provided by, among others, Munich cheese factory, Munich's only cheese factory. While the cheese isn't yet produced directly in Munich, the founders are looking for premises in the state capital. One aspect that came up repeatedly at yesterday's event: Suitable and affordable space for manufacturing is in short supply in Munich. Nevertheless, the Munich cheese factory is already producing several cheeses, which participants were able to sample yesterday.
