The company's technology Munich startups will be integrated into the Dutch company's offering and made available to all customers.

Vcoach “has developed a very valuable technology”

Stephanie Mayer, co-founder of Vcoach, says about the acquisition:

"Our product and technology have received great feedback from customers and users. But to optimally serve large business clients with a holistic solution, we need to think even bigger. Lepaya's approach and vision perfectly match ours, but they cover even more topics and methods. A true one-stop shop for corporate clients. We are proud that Vcoach is now part of the Lepaya platform and that the technology can continue to grow in this way."

René Janssen, one of the two Lepaya founders, says:

"Our vision is to use as much technology as possible to develop and train skills in a powerful way. Vcoach fits perfectly with this. The company has developed a highly valuable technology that uses an intelligent AI algorithm to evaluate the success factors for effectively communicating a message."
