We test the world's first cocoa-free chocolate ice cream
The Munich-based startup Planet A Foods has developed the oat-based cocoa substitute Nocoa. The Munich ice cream parlor Eismeer on Pestalozzistrasse used the cocoa substitute to create the world's first cocoa-free—and vegan—chocolate ice cream, and we were able to try it.
