“Tradelink was born directly from the feedback of people who work in logistics every day.”
The coronavirus pandemic and the Russian attack on Ukraine have severely disrupted global supply chains. Tradelink aims to simplify supply chain management and increase efficiency with its platform. Instead of communicating via emails and Excel spreadsheets, all parties involved—freight forwarders, suppliers, and warehouse operators—are integrated into the platform. Digital documents, estimated delivery times, cargo information, and communication are automated. On its website, the Munich-based company promises cost savings of 30 percent in inbound and outbound goods processes, 20 percent more storage capacity, and 60 percent less demurrage and incorrect charges. The company's customers include Sportscheck, Outfittery, Internetstores, Denner, Debatin, and Schott.
"Tradelink was born directly from feedback from people who work in logistics every day. They want solutions that fit intuitively, quickly, and pragmatically into their daily work – we took this to heart. With Insight Partners, we have gained the perfect partner for Tradelink's expansion, and we are delighted to have them on board."
says Frederic Krahforst, CEO and co-founder of Tradelink. Michael Shephard, Vice President at Insight Partners, says:
"Tradelink has developed a digital solution that identifies inefficiencies and process disruptions in supply chains, saving customers time and money along the way. With its intuitive workflow tools and warehouse-focused analytics, Tradelink closes a critical communication gap between buyers and other supply chain stakeholders."
