Proglove — Also Proglove announced news this month: Swedish private equity investor Nordic Capital is acquiring a majority stake in the Munich-based IoT startup. With the capital from the new majority shareholder, Proglove aims to grow even faster, expand its customer base, and invest in product and software development. Bayern Kapital, Summit Partners, and DI Technology are selling their stakes in the company. Proglove's founders and management will remain involved.
