Let's Move Business – With a clear announcement, the Munich Creative Business Week (MBCW) started a new round this year. Part of the diverse program of the MCBW was also the Startup Demo Night. Last year, the event took place at the Munich Literaturhaus, but this year's Demo Night filled the Alte Kongresshalle with approximately 40 exhibitors. The goal of the evening was to connect founders and startups with agencies, companies, and potential investors, providing a platform for the creative community. Naturally, Munich Startup couldn't be left out of this networking event.
The MCBW Demo Night showcases current trends and movements among creative young entrepreneurs. This year, design-oriented startups once again had the opportunity to present their ideas and products to a larger audience. Exciting projects were on display: from foldable solar textiles for ecological expeditions to sugar-based biobatteries to creative projects with refugees.
The Munich background magazine “The Context”, which has just successfully completed its Crowdfunding campaign was present at the Demo Night. Co-Founder Bernhard Scholz was enthusiastic about the event:

To further promote the startup spirit, important players from the (Munich) startup scene were present at the Demo Night alongside the exhibiting startups. In this constructive yet relaxed atmosphere, this year's MCBW motto was perfectly realized. The networking continued even after the official end of the Demo Night – with musical accompaniment from BAM BAM – THE MECHANICAL SEQUENCER! With that in mind, we're already looking forward to next year.
