Vaishnavi Sashikanth, previously Vice President of Engineering at YouTube/Google, joins Celonis as Chief Engineering Officer. Sashikanth will be responsible for driving Celonis's innovation and technology leadership and building a team of engineering experts for process optimization and business execution. Sashikanth brings industry experience and expertise in innovative technologies. She has led development teams in the B2B SaaS space at innovators such as Oracle and Hyperion. For the past six years, she led the development department at YouTube.
New approach to product development

Further strengthening of the management team
Chris Donato will also support Celonis as President of Global Sales. He previously served as Executive Vice President of North America Applications & Consulting at Oracle, where he oversaw a 4,500-employee division. Donato will focus on building the global sales team to continue Celonis's growth.
As Senior Vice President, Ecosystem & Industries, Gene Reznik will strengthen the Celonis leadership team. His responsibilities include supporting consulting, systems integration, and business process outsourcing providers, as well as independent software vendors. He will also deepen collaboration with academia and research to drive innovation and expand Celonis's global community. Reznik brings more than 26 years of experience to the table. Accenture where, among other roles as Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Managing Director of Ecosystem & Ventures, he supported leading global companies in the areas of process excellence, analytics and AI.
