Customers can quickly and easily Order high-quality consumer goods and have them delivered to your home within half an hourUnlike other express delivery services, the Munich-based company doesn't focus on groceries. Instead, Arive delivers products from categories such as technology, jewelry, cosmetics, self-care, and home to its customers' homes. Brands already featured in the app include well-known companies such as Bose, Apple, Lululemon, and Lego.
"Established and well-known brands are always looking for new and exciting ways to reach their customers. But the current retail offering doesn't provide a suitable environment. No brand wants to see its premium product between late-night snacks and last-minute purchases. Arive is here to create a new way of commerce, X-Commerce, where shopping for your favorite brands becomes a sublime moment full of inspiration and joy."
explained Linus Fries, co-founder of Arive. He founded the startup in summer 2021 together with Maximilian Reeker.
In addition to Munich, Arive is also active in Berlin, Frankfurt, and Hamburg. With the fresh capital from the financing round, the startup plans to expand into new cities in Germany, as well as internationally. In addition, the app and the Delivery service be further developed to further optimize the shopping experience.
Arive “challenges the conventions of e-commerce”
"Linus, Max, and the entire Arive team are challenging the conventions of e-commerce with energetic execution and a keen sense of the priorities of modern brands. Using lightweight electric vehicles to quickly fulfill orders leaves a smaller footprint on our planet and ensures that customers can receive goods purchased online at home, avoiding costly delivery failures."
says Colin Hanna, Partner at Balderton.
"Arive closes a gap in the market, as premium brands finally have the opportunity to offer their customers an exclusive and high-quality shopping experience online. The concept is innovative and has absolutely convinced us. We are delighted to support the founders Linus and Max on their journey to becoming Europe's leading experience commerce platform,"
so Julian von Eckartsberg, Managing Director Europe at BPI.
