Roadsurfer increases Series B financing round by 4.5 million euros

A number of well-known founders are joining the Munich-based camper startup Roadsurfer. The additional funding from angel investors increases the volume of the Series B round by €4.5 million to €28.5 million.

New investors include IDnowCEO Andreas Bodczek, Trivago founders Rolf Schrömgens, Stephan Stubner, Malte Siewert and Peter Vinnemeier, Flaschenpost founders Julian Pachta, Christopher Huesemann, Niklas Plath and Aron Spohr, Tier Mobility CEO Lawrence Leuschner, Tim Stracke from Chrono24, Hometogo founder Wolfgang Heigl, Avi Meir from Travelperk, Julian Stiefel from Tourlane and Scaleup founder Nikolay Ladani.

The Munich-based company claims to be the market leader in Europe and employs over 500 people in 8 countries.
