B2B startup Werbezeichen finds investor

The Munich-based startup Werbezeichen simplifies the ordering process for advertising materials by digitally mapping the entire process. This brings familiar B2C sales processes to B2B sales. The startup has now secured private equity manager Donatus Albrecht as an investor.

In addition to an automated ordering process, Werbezeichen's product platform also offers digital consulting and the option to brand advertising materials in various ways, such as the company logo. Furthermore, the startup, founded in 2017, enables companies to centrally manage their national and international advertising needs. According to Werbezeichen, more than 1,200 companies are among its customers, including well-known Munich-based startups such as Flixbus. Personio and Cluno.

The startup has now secured Donatus Albrecht, Chief Investment Officer of the Aurelius Group, as an investor. The Aurelius Group is an investment group active since 2005 with offices in Munich, London, Stockholm, Madrid, and Amsterdam. The amount and valuation of the investment have been kept confidential.

Advertising market hardly digitalized

The startup plans to use the additional funds to expand the platform and intensify marketing and advertising activities to acquire new customers. It also intends to expand its sales and key account team, which already operates at two locations.
