Everreal among the top 100 most innovative PropTechs in Europe

Everreal has been selected among the top 100 most innovative PropTechs in Europe in the Real Estate Innovation Contest 2020 by Builtworld and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

The Munich-based Proptech startup Everreal was selected as one of the top 100 most promising young industry innovators in this year's Builtworld Real Estate Innovation Contest. The young SaaS provider beat out 400 other applicants from across Europe and was the only candidate from Germany to reach the finals in the "Digital Asset Management" category.

Everreal digitizes the entire rental and sales process and develops features designed to improve networking and collaboration with asset and property managers. With this approach, the startup founded by Nessim Djerboua and Liviu Ignat was able to Seed X Liechtenstein AG (Seed X) and the High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) convince investors of their abilities. In March of this year, Everreal won BayBG as another investorWith the investment of BayBG, the startup successfully completed a seed financing round in the seven-digit million range in a second closing.

Mission: To fully digitize real estate transactions

"We are proud that Everreal was able to prevail in this year's Builtworld Innovation Contest and made it to the finals. Our mission is not only to fully digitize all real estate transactions and thus make them 80 percent more efficient. We also want to significantly improve collaboration between asset managers and partners with Everreal for the first time. With the new 'Collaboration' feature, which we are currently testing in a pilot phase, asset and property managers will be able to collaborate in real time in one portal and significantly increase their own profitability."
