In a three-phase competition format, participating teams are faced with increasingly challenging challenges, working step by step toward a meaningful business plan.
For 25 years, the Munich Business Plan Competition has been a fixture in the startup scene and boasts a long list of successful alumni such as Fazua, Magazino, Testbirds, and Toposens. This year, Neurevo the business plan in phase 3 The team, based at LMU Munich, is developing neuroprotective therapies against the consequences of strokes and neurodegenerative diseases such as ALS and Parkinson's disease. Its goal is to create drugs and therapies that go beyond purely symptomatic treatment of these diseases.
The fact that the business plan competition's approach remains relevant is demonstrated by the highest number of participants in the last ten years in the 2019/2020 season. The competition also serves as a seal of quality for investors when it comes to solid and promising business models.
Deadline: January 19, 2021
Interested startups can now apply for Phase 1 of the competition. The application deadline is January 19, 2021. Teams can submit their approximately seven-page business proposals by then. All submissions will subsequently receive written expert feedback. This makes the competition a test run before market entry.
