Xpreneurs is looking for high-tech startups

The UnternehmerTUMThe Xpreneurs incubator offers high-tech startups coaching, funding, and offices. Applications for the seventh batch are open until February 2.

Xpreneurs' three-month program is aimed at early-stage startups with a high-tech focus. The incubator aims to support these young companies in their market launch. The seventh batch will take place full-time between March 2 and May 29, 2020.

Xpreneurs focuses on technology startups in the fields of smart cities, medtech, B2B software and hardware, as well as smart enterprise and mobility. Particular attention is paid to technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, additive manufacturing and 3D printing, robotics, and augmented and virtual reality.

Benefits for high-tech startups

The program offers participants intensive coaching and mentoring, as well as access to the incubator's network. Startup teams receive up to €5,000 for prototypes and can use workspaces in Munich and Garching.

There are no costs for participating startups. Xpreneurs also does not require any equity stake in the company. The program was launched by the UnternehmerTUM startup incubator in May 2017. Since then, nearly 120 teams have participated in Xpreneurs, and alumni include companies such as Blitzminds, Caala, Crashtest Security, Deepc, Demo desk, Confucius, Orda and Rfrnz,

Applications for the current batch are still possible until February 2nd.
