Alasco's existing investors are doubling their previous multi-million euro investment in the proptech startup. In addition, a new investor from the Munich startup scene is investing in the provider of financial management software for the construction industry.
In the October 2018 Holtzbrinck Ventures, the Flixbus founders, and the Proptech-specialized investor Picus Capital invested millions in Alasco. Now the investors are doubling their investment in the Munich-based proptech startupThe company is also pleased to welcome a new investor: Hanno Renner, Founder and CEO of Personio, is participating in the current financing round. Benjamin Günther, founder of Alasco, says:
"We are very pleased with the renewed trust. This financing is a clear signal, confirms our growth path, and underscores the excellent collaboration with our investors. The new capital allows us to focus on further expanding the team and developing the product. We are also happy to have Hanno Renner, another experienced entrepreneur from the B2B/SaaS sector, on our side."
Proptech startup wants to invest fresh capital in the team
Alasco's software digitizes the financial management of construction projects. It provides an overview of the project's financial data across all construction phases. The software thus unifies processes that were previously handled manually or using individual software solutions. This should save costs and time. According to the company, construction volumes worth several billion euros are managed via the platform.
The Munich-based company intends to use the fresh capital to expand its team and further develop its product and market presence.
