Entrepreneur Hero Award: Competition Procedure
Solo self-employed people or small business owners with a maximum of five employees can apply online for the Entrepreneur Hero Award until September 30. You can win in two categories: A selection of all applicants will be presented for public voting on October 31 at midnight on the Award page nominated. The three entrepreneurs with the most votes win the voting. In addition, an expert jury selects three additional winners based on their personal commitment, the coherence of their business concept, and the professionalism of their online presence.
The first place winners in the jury and audience voting each receive €3,000, the second place winners €2,000, and the third place winners €750. Various non-cash prizes are also awarded. The winners in both categories will be announced on November 15, 2019, on Debitoor's website and social media platforms. The awards ceremony will take place at the Kontist Foundation's 2nd Self-Employment Day in Berlin.
