From 1 July there will be two new managing directors at Subscription alarmBernd Storm van's Gravesande and Arnold Brunner are leaving the company. They are replaced by Thilo Knaupp and Joern Taubert.
Founded in 2008, the startup Aboalarm offers a cancellation service that helps users manage their contracts. The Verivox Group now holds 100 percent of the shares in Aboalarm. The Verivox Group is part of the Nucom Group, the commerce segment of ProSiebenSat.1.
New managing directors at Aboalarm: Knaupp and Taubert
Currently, co-founders Bernd Storm van's Gravesande and Arnold Brunner form the management team. Aboalarm has now announced a change in its leadership team: Thilo Knaupp will serve as the new CEO starting July 1. Joern Taubert will become the second managing director.
The new management team brings a wealth of experience: Thilo Knaupp has been Head of Online Comparison & Chief Product Officer at the Nucom Group since 2018 and sits on the Supervisory Board of the Verivox Group. Joern Taubert has been CEO of the Verivox Group since 2019. Thilo Knaupp commented:

Joern Taubert says:

On to new shores
The two outgoing managing directors are leaving the company of their own volition. However, they will continue to support Aboalarm in an advisory capacity in the future.
Bernd Storm van's Gravesande on his departure from the management of Aboalarm:

Also Arnold Brunner draws a positive conclusion about his time at Aboalarm.
