The Munich startup Mymary provides competent babysitters and nannies on a mini-job basis, both part-time and full-time. For this project, the three partners combine their expertise in the fields of education, medicine, and IT.
1. Who are you and what do you do?
Mymary We quickly find the best babysitters for today, tomorrow, or next week – whenever and wherever they're needed. Totally flexible. Insurance included. Tax-deductible. The perfect childcare solution for flexible, sporadic needs, short-term emergencies, or recurring appointments.
The team consists of partners Franz Pfister, Odilo Hildebrandt, and Jennifer Roscher. Franz Pfister, a medical doctor, data scientist, and MBA (Master of Business Administration), supports the team as Chairman in the strategic direction of the company. Odilo Hildebrandt, a computer science graduate and senior developer at the process mining company Celonis, is the developer of Mymary. Jennifer Roscher completes the team. As the founder of the company "Kids all around," she previously arranged babysitters, tutors, domestic help, and personal assistants. Now, as Managing Director, she oversees the Mymary portal.

2. But that's been around for a long time!
No, because there is no other portal that has been so meticulously designed, developed, and further developed by the founders as Mymary. It is a portal for our customers who need childcare. The counterpart to this is our pool of babysitters, which is very important to us. They are highly trained and undergo a lengthy application process, but they also know at all times that in Mymary they have a reliable contact who will take care of any needs that arise. And all of this, of course, with the highest quality. Every day, we create the perfect match between family and babysitter. With us, there is no traditional subscription trap; instead, we deliver and deliver through service, accessibility, and quality.

3. What has been your biggest challenge so far?
To build the platform as it stands today, but also to develop our various business cases.
4. Let’s get down to business: How is business going?
After extensive testing and further expansion, we're getting closer to our goal – especially through the expansion of our B2B business. We now have over 500 bookings per month and are represented in five German cities.
5. What does Munich mean to you?
We have great customers in Munich and great support from all sides.
