Investment for landlord software Rentsoft

Erento is investing a six-figure sum in Rentsoft as part of a Series B financing round. The Berlin-based rental portal is thus acquiring a majority stake in the Munich-based software startup.

According to Erento, a “six-figure sum of less than 500,000 euros” is being invested in Rentsoft. Already last year The Berlin-based company invested a six-figure sum in the Sauerlach-based company near Munich. Rentsoft plans to use the fresh capital to grow even faster, further develop its product, and finance marketing efforts.

"We are pleased with the trust. The structure and support in developing the business model were crucial for us. With Erento, we have a strong partner with many synergies at our side who always supports us in strategic questions,"

says Tobias Engelsberger, CEO of Rentsoft.

“The response was overwhelming”

“Through our participation, we have added a valuable component to the product portfolio of Erento GmbH.”

says Robert Rutkowski, Managing Director of Erento.

"The response has been overwhelming. Our customers have recognized that Rentsoft dramatically simplifies their rental operations and the associated business processes. To further expand the software solution, another round of investment was an important and sensible step."

The Munich-based company's software simplifies the rental of cars, construction equipment, event technology, and mobile homes and helps coordinate business processes such as offers, invoices, reminders, and handover reports. This saves users time and money. The software solution operates in the cloud and offers interfaces to Datev, Mobile.de, and Creditreform.
