Regiondo cooperates with Mydays and Ameropa

Regiondo is expanding its partner network: The booking software provider is now also working with Mydays and Deutsche Bahn subsidiary Ameropa. The Munich-based company thus covers the majority of the German leisure market.

Mydays and Ameropa customers can now book trips and experiences through the Regiondo platform. Regiondo Managing Director Oliver Nutzel tells Munich Startup:

"We are excited about our new collaborations. Both Ameropa and Mydays are setting an important milestone for the company."

Since May 2016, the Munich-based company has been working with Jochen Schweizer and, since June 2017, also with Expedia. The company already cooperates with more than 200 distribution partners, including TripAdvisor, Viator, and GetYourGuide. More than 8,000 leisure activity providers in 42 countries use Regiondo's booking software. The company estimates that it now covers around 85 percent of the German leisure market. The automated connection of cooperation partners allows offers to be booked in real time. This leads to increased efficiency and margins, according to Nützel. Regarding the company's future plans, he says:

“New collaborations are always on our agenda, but for now we will focus on growing with our new partners.”

“Efficient management of booking options”

As part of the cooperation, Mydays recommends its adventure organizers to use the Channel Managers, an online platform from Regiondo. Organizers who already use Regiondo's booking solution can now also sell their offers through Mydays. The experience voucher provider is also using the Munich company's ticket booking system at its own Erlebniswerk in Berlin's Bikinihaus. The center, featuring racing and flight simulators, is scheduled to open in March 2018.

“The connection to Regiondo’s Channel Manager enables us to optimally and efficiently manage the booking options for our experiences while simultaneously expanding our offerings,”

says Mydays Managing Director Dr. Fabian Stich.

"Regiondo understands the sales and marketing challenges faced by leisure and activity providers and, with its software, offers solutions that meet all the needs of our event organizers and customers. We are so convinced that we are also using the ticket booking system for our Erlebniswerk."

Ameropa praises “clean technical implementation”

The tour operator Ameropa specializes in short trips with Deutsche Bahn. Customers of the Deutsche Bahn subsidiary can now also book leisure activities through Regiondo. Andreas Zahn, Head of Tourism at Ameropa-Reisen, says:

"Through our collaboration with Regiondo, we are now able to significantly expand this diversity of offerings for our guests. Thanks to this strong partnership and the clean technical implementation, the personalized Ameropa vacation can now be designed even more conveniently and easily, tailored to your own wishes and needs."
