Against this backdrop, ISPO, together with the organizer 'Year of the X', is bringing together the world's leading visionaries, companies and startups for an unconventional summit on the topic of digitalization in the health and sports industry at the beginning of February 2018.
The informal setting aims to encourage exchange between digital thought leaders from their respective industries and facilitate personal learning. The program includes short presentations, fireside chats, personal coaching sessions, hands-on technology experiences, and a communal cheese fondue.
Speakers include former national goalkeeper Jens Lehmann and Andra Keay, Managing Director of Silicon Valley Robotics. Guest speaker Robin Farmanfarmaian, a bestselling US author, will provide an overview of future patient autonomy thanks to digitalization in the healthcare industry. Adam Horowitz, a scientist at the MIT McGovern Institute, will explore the importance of brain waves and thought visualization in promoting creativity and performance.
