For the second time this year, there will be an open pitch call in Munich for the TV show "Die Höhle der Löwen." On November 9, founders and startups from Munich and the surrounding area can present their pitches and qualify for the TV show.
The VOX show "Die Höhle der Löwen" (DHDL) is once again giving startups and inventors the chance to land a deal in its new season in 2018. In the startup show, young entrepreneurs pitch to five investors to convince the "lions" of their business idea.
Three minutes to convince
Munich residents now have the chance to present their business concept to the show's creators in person. You can register for a pitch slot until November 6th at openpitchcall@sonypictures-tv.de apply.
Pitching will then take place over a whole day in the Mindspace at Viktualienmarkt 8. The doors open at 10 a.m. You have until 6 p.m. to present your idea, business, and/or product in a maximum three-minute pitch—just as you would present it to the Lions in the show.
The Lions won't be present that day. But the pitch will be recorded and used internally for the selection process.
Inspire & convince at the Open Pitch Call
The goal is to convince and inspire with your product or idea! You can leave your business plan at home on the day, but your product or other "visual material" is very welcome.
You'll also need plenty of time—experience shows that demand is high. Those who are limited on time can request a time slot in advance.
