Together with the German Media Academy, the digital and creative network Isarnetz is presenting the Isarnetz Award for Media Innovations for the second time. The awards recognize business and product innovations in the field of digital media.
Are you a startup in the media industry and/or are you currently working on a real media innovation? Then apply now for the Isarnetz Award! The application deadline is June 22, 2017New business models and product innovations, such as prototypes or future exhibits from the field of digital media, can be submitted. Prizes include a press kit and consulting from Hotwire, as well as conference and seminar slots at the German Media Academy.
The following criteria should be considered:
- Relation to the media industry: The product innovation or new offering offers added value for media users or for media makers and companies.
- Problem-solving potential: The innovation represents a solution to a specific problem of the target group.
- Target group focus: The innovation was tailored precisely to the target group. The target group, their demands, and their needs were included as closely as possible in the development process.
- Market need: The innovation demonstrably closes a gap in market demand.
All submissions will be reviewed by the jury members. This year's jury consists of the following members:

Grand finale at the Media meets StartUps conference
The Isarnetz Award for Media Innovations will be presented on the evening of Media meets StartUps Conference on July 6, 2017 from 5 p.m. at the Literaturhaus Munich.
