The HOKO – University Contact Fair is one of the largest company contact fairs in Germany and has existed since 1997. Startups also find their place here.
This year the HOKO celebrates on November 2 and 3, 2016 Its 20th anniversary is expected and will welcome approximately 6,000 visitors each day over the two days of the fair. They will have the opportunity to interact with more than 200 established companies. This year, a selection of startups will also have the opportunity to present themselves to the general public.
HOKO Startups offers space for 30 young companies
The HOKO® Startups is an extension of the university contact fair, which was launched last year specifically for startups. It offers space for up to 30 startup companies and is located in a dedicated area on the premises of the Munich University of Applied Sciences, the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship This center promotes initiative and responsibility for ideas and projects. HOKO Startups gives young companies the opportunity to introduce themselves to students and inspire them. Anyone looking to expand their team is also in the right place.
In a relaxed atmosphere surrounded by other startups, you have the opportunity to talk to qualified students from all disciplines who are looking for their fortune beyond a career in corporations and want to face unknown challenges.
The HOKO Startups basic package includes:
- A professional 2x2m exhibition stand on one of the two exhibition days for up to two company representatives
- Access to approximately 6,000 trade fair visitors per day
- A half-page image advertisement in the HOKO catalog (circulation 10,000 copies)
- Possibility of posting vacancies on the Jobwall and in the HOKO online portal
- Breakfast and all-day drinks
