ABC Venture Gates opens its doors in Munich

After three successful startup programs in Ljubljana and the successful expansion into Silicon Valley, the ABC Accelerator Group has decided to give even more companies access to the global market.

And what better place could there be than Munich, a city characterized by a particularly high concentration of established corporations and ambitious startups?

On June 30, the vision of creating an entrepreneurial center for innovation in Munich became a reality. The proximity to two world-leading universities, the integration into a strong technology cluster, and the sheer density of high-performing companies create a clear competitive advantage for the entire region.

Silicon Valley as the next step

With more than 800 m², ABC Venture Gates sets new standards for entrepreneurship and innovation in Munich at the old Munich Airport. In addition to state-of-the-art offices, ABC Venture Gates also offers access to a network of leading industry partners such as IBM, BMW, Lidl, Cisco and Microsoft These networks are combined with the expertise of mentors and in-house resources to create the best conditions for growth for companies.

Startups also have the opportunity to secure investment from ABC First Growth, the company's in-house venture capital arm. These companies can take the next step into Silicon Valley and prepare for successful expansion into the US market at ABC's headquarters there. Established companies can equally benefit from access to the teams based here and strengthen their own innovation capabilities.

At the opening ceremony of ABC Venture Gates, Dejan Roljic, CEO and founder of ABC Accelerator, announced that in addition to the offices in Silicon Valley and Ljubljana, a further office will be opened in Bangalore, India. Together with the offices in Munich, this will provide startups and established companies alike with a wide range of opportunities for product development, network expansion, and financing.
