AI startup Interloom has secured €14.2 million ($16.5 million) in a seed funding round. DN Capital led the round, with participation from Bek Ventures and others. Existing investor Air Street CapitalThe company is developing a platform that captures expert knowledge and makes it usable for AI agents.
Many companies face a key challenge: AI agents lack access to practical knowledge from everyday work. This is precisely where Interloom comes in. The platform processes real-world cases from business operations and makes implicit knowledge permanently available. According to the startup, clients such as Zurich Insurance, JLL, and Fiege are already using this technology to improve operational processes.
AI meets operational experience
A large proportion of business-relevant decisions currently remain undocumented. Interloom specifically addresses this gap and creates a kind of collective memory. Business experts solve complex problems together with AI, while the platform systematically stores and makes accessible the insights gained.
The focus is on the so-called Context Graph, which continuously maps decisions and processes. This model makes it possible to automate processes based on real-world experience. Instead of static documentation, the AI accesses dynamic, context-based knowledge.
“Our experience with AI agent platforms for enterprises like Cognigy has shown us how important context is. An agent is only as good as the specific knowledge it can draw upon. The problem is that context is dynamic, often poorly documented, and embedded in the daily decisions of frontline professionals. Interloom has distinguished itself by developing an enterprise-wide context graph that continuously captures real-world decisions and actual processes within organizations.”
so Guy Ward Thomas, Partner, DN Capital.
Interloom itself also emphasizes the importance of this knowledge base for the use of AI in companies. Fabian Jakobi, founder and CEO of Interloom, explains:
“AI agents are rapidly moving to the front lines, but without a company’s specific corporate memory, they will have neither the answers nor the ability to automate anything. We base their decisions on successful solutions from the past, ensuring that their work is guided by real operational experience and controlled by expert oversight, creating a memory that remains with the company forever.”
