The Viva Technology Vivatech – or simply Vivatech – is one of Europe's largest startup and technology events. From June 17th to 20th, 2026, the trade fair will once again bring together thousands of founders, investors, corporations, and tech enthusiasts from around the world in Paris. Munich Startup and Munich Business, the economic development agency of the City of Munich, will again send a delegation of Munich startups to the event in 2026.
This year, Vivatech celebrates its tenth anniversary. Under the theme "Artificial Intelligence: Impact, Not Illusion," experts will discuss key future questions surrounding AI, innovation, and technology. Ten thematic blocks will explore diverse perspectives, including "Productivity Reimagined: Is the future of work still working?" and "Sovereignty & Ethics: Who controls the future: nations, platforms, or algorithms?". For startups, the event offers an ideal platform to forge international connections, meet investors, and tap into new markets.
Munich Startup and Munich Business are supporting selected startups with a package for participation in Viva Technology 2026. This includes:
- a startup ticket for participation in Viva Technology 2026 (1 ticket per startup),
- a travel allowance of up to 500 euros,
- Visibility at the Munich “Get together with white sausage & pretzels” at the Gründerland stand on June 17, 2026.
Here's how to apply for Vivatech 2026
You are a startup from Munich and already on munich-startup.de/startups Are you listed? If not, you can register alongside your application. Furthermore, you have developed a product or service, generated initial revenue, and are planning internationalization or discussions with international investors. You are responsible for organizing your own travel and accommodation.
If you meet these requirements, simply fill out our questionnaire below and secure your chance to win the startup package. The application deadline is March 31, 2026.
