Founded Vestigas Founded in 2021 by Paul Kaiser (Co-CEO), Julian Blum (Co-CEO), Yannick Gehring (CTO), and Nicolas Blum (CPO), the young company has now secured eight million euros in seed funding. Project A and B2venture are participating as investors. Jan-Hendrick Bürk, Partner at B2venture, explains:
"At B2venture, we're always looking for teams tackling significant, real-world problems with solutions that have the potential to fundamentally transform entire industries. From our initial conversation with Paul, Julian, Nicolas, and Yannick, it became clear that they weren't just building another software tool—they were fundamentally rethinking how the construction industry works. Their combination of industry expertise, executional strength, and relentless drive convinced us that Vestigas will redefine supply chain efficiency in the construction industry. We're proud to support this exceptional team on their journey to turn their vision into reality."
Previously, Realyze Ventures and several business angels such as Christian Hülsewig from Schüttflix were involved as investors.
Driving digitalization of the construction industry
Vestigas specializes in the digitalization of supply chain processes in the construction industry. With its Supply Chain OS, the company offers a solution that replaces paper-based workflows, digitizes delivery notes, optimizes material flows, and automates invoice verification. This software is designed to help construction companies streamline their processes while reducing costs.
With the fresh capital, the startup intends to further drive its growth both in the DACH region and in Europe, while continuing to invest in its core business and automated invoice management.
“Opportunity to set a new industry standard”
"This investment will drive our growth not only in Germany but also internationally. We have the opportunity to set a new industry standard—and we're ready to make it happen!"
shows itself Paul Kaiser, CEO of Vestigas, is sure.
Vestigas says its software is already used by over 80 construction companies and thousands of users. Major customers include Strabag and the GC Group. Philipp Werner, who has recently joined the Vestigas Board, says:
"Paul and Julian don't just sell software: They've experienced the inefficiencies in the construction supply chain firsthand. That's precisely why they succeed where traditional solutions have failed. They transform procurement inefficiencies into strategic advantages, creating an irreplaceable bridge between general contractors and suppliers that secures long-term relationships."
