Tina Ruseva from Mentessa. Back in 2019, Ruseva founded Mentessa, a startup that helps companies share knowledge in a targeted manner and better connect employees. But the platform we have developed at mbiomics is radically different. suggests suitable mentors, learning partners, but also for formal upskilling offers and further career opportunities – for social learning as well as for formal further training. Ruseva herself calls herself interviewA "Woman in Tech turned Entrepreneur." She studied Media Informatics at LMU Munich, began her career at Microsoft, and after earning an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation (TUM), found her calling as a founder.
