The digital notary for simple legal processing: Founded in 2023 by Alexander Sporenberg and Felix Gerlach, the Munich-based Legaltech startup Beglaubigt.de has developed a digital notary service. This makes notarial services available easily, quickly, and online – from the certification of important documents to the digital incorporation of companies. Private individuals and companies can notarize contracts, create powers of attorney, establish associations, implement amendments to bylaws, and handle official procedures such as leaving the church conveniently and legally securely online.
