In conversation with Munich startups: Day 2 at Bits & Pretzels

No startup fair without founders: We visited the startup exhibition at this year's Bits & Pretzels to talk to some young Munich entrepreneurs about their ideas and impressions.

“Our mission is to bring more fairness to recruiting”, brings Anonymity-Founder Sandra Zemke clearly summarize the purpose of their startup. “And not only that, we also want to use anonymous procedures to create more visibility for medium-sized companies and enhance the employer brand of all companies.”, she explains. The young company has been live since June of this year and is currently working on positioning itself in the market. Through Anonyfy, companies and talents should be able to get to know each other without prejudice. The Munich startup, which has already collected angel money, is currently looking for investors—also a reason for its trade fair appearance at this year's Bits & Pretzels. Zemke comments: "We're in the middle of fundraising and always looking for contacts with investors. We want to strengthen our investor network, but we're also meeting a lot of cool partner companies here and have already been able to bring some of our clients along." (Photo: Munich Startup)
