With Parkhere's parking solution, companies can allocate and manage parking spaces and charging stations for their employees. Software digitally records all parking spaces, and employees can manage their bookings via an app. Furthermore, a sensor ensures automatic entry to the garages using QR codes or license plate recognition. As a new member of Everfield, Parkhere aims to further strengthen its growth plans with the existing management team and employees. The Munich branch of the company Startups also remains.
Oscar Koberling, Country Manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland at Everfield, comments:
"Parkhere is one of the leading providers of digital parking management systems in the DACH region. As a highly specialized, innovative technology company, Parkhere is an excellent fit for Everfield. Together with the experienced management team, we want to build on our previous successes and continue to drive growth."
Henning Schreiber, Head of Acquisitions at Everfield, adds:
"Smart parking solutions are an important building block for sustainable mobility concepts in urban areas. This has real growth potential. Parkhere counts many large companies among its long-standing customers and has strong growth prospects."
The combination of a digital dashboard, mobile app, and physical parking access terminals has already convinced well-known companies. Henkel, Telefónica, and Zurich Insurance, among others, are using the Services from Parkhere.
The former CEO and co-founder of the Munich startup Felix Harteneck says about the takeover:
"Joining Everfield opens up a number of great new opportunities for us and our customers. Since our founding in 2015, we have experienced continuous and rapid organic growth. With Everfield as a strategic partner, we will continue to expand our offerings and further develop our products."
